Because we operate as a dropshipping store — meaning orders ship directly from our third-party supplier — our return process works a little differently than a traditional retail store. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

What Can Be Returned

We accept return or refund requests under the following circumstances:

       The item arrived damaged or defective

       You received the wrong item

       The item was not delivered within 30 business days of your shipping confirmation

We do not accept returns for the following:

       Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

       Items that have been used, washed, or altered

       Items returned without prior approval from us

       Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer

Return Window

All return or refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.

How to Request a Refund or Return

       A clear description of the issue

       Photos or video of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Do not ship any items back to us without receiving written approval first. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and may not be returned to you.

Refunds

       A full refund to your original payment method

       A replacement item shipped at no additional cost

       Store credit

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time to appear in your account.

       We will cover return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

       In some cases, we may offer a partial refund and allow you to keep the item to avoid the cost and hassle of return shipping

Lost or Non-Delivered Orders

Because we use low-cost shipping to keep prices down, delivery times can be longer than standard. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us and we will:

       Investigate with the supplier and carrier

       Reship the order at no charge, or

       Issue a full refund if the order cannot be located

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

My item arrived broken. What do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund right away.

I ordered the wrong size or color. Can I exchange it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time. If you ordered the wrong variant, you would need to place a new order. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

Why might you offer a partial refund instead of a return?

Because our products ship from overseas suppliers, return shipping can be costly and time-consuming. In some cases, it makes more sense for everyone if we issue a partial refund and let you keep the item. We will always communicate this option clearly before making a decision.
